Terms Of Service

• This service is offered at no cost to you but is subject to the terms and conditions set out
  below.
• The property shoot includes travelling costs for properties within the PE Metro area. A
  travelling charge of R3 per kilometer will apply for properties outside the metro area.
  Safety: Certain dangerous areas will be excluded from the service area due to safety
  restrictions imposed by the photographer.
• The photographer will revert directly as to her availability. All appointment dates and times
  must be confirmed with her in writing, either via email or WhatsApp.
• All arrangements with the Seller/property occupant must be made by the agent.
• The property must be “staged” and ready for the shoot upon arrival at the appointment.
  Shoots may take between 30 -45 minutes per property, depending on property size.
  Turnaround time from day of shoot to finished media delivery is a maximum of 3 working
  days.
• All media created is copyrighted.
• Shoot appointments are weather permitting. Strong winds or rainy conditions may require
  the rescheduling of an appointment.
• Penalty Fee: A penalty fee of R300 will be charged by the photographer if an appointment
  is not met or if the cancellations/reschedule request is not received by latest 7am on the
  day of the shoot.
• In the event of aerial photography not being possible due to windy/rainy conditions and
  if specifically requested, returning to the property again for this will incur a charge.
• Take note: the drone cannot fly in restricted areas such as near the airport or hospitals.
  Only standard enhancement editing will be applied to media.
• Any requests for amendments after delivery of the media, will be charged for accordingly.
  You agree to indemnify (protect) us and hold us harmless against all loss or damage, from
  any cause, which you may suffer as a result of you having booked these services.
